Yamagata’s works include a series called “Scratches on the Ground,” in which she collects patterns on a specific surface of the earth from the satellite images, then extends the landscape on the human-skin level.. Yamagata received her BFA in painting from Tokyo University of the Arts in 2022. Her major exhibitions include “Measure your pixel” (TAV GALLERY 2023) and “Ground Zero” (Kyoto Art Center, 2023).　

衛星画像に写る特定の地表の模様を収集する「地表の掻き傷」というシリーズをはじめとし、現在の風景表現や主体のあり方を皮膚のレベルに及ばせながら考察、模索している。2022年東京藝術大学大学院美術研究科絵画専攻修了。主な展示に「Measure your pixel」(TAV GALLERY 2023)、「Ground Zero」(京都芸術センター, 2023)など。
